Summary:

We're looking for a resourceful, collaborative, and analytically curious individual to join our Marketing team. In this strategic role as a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will analyze marketing programs' performance data to help the global marketing teams understand the effectiveness of overall individual campaigns and deliver actionable insights for increased investment or corrective improvements. You will focus on systems, standards, and processes used to analyze program performance and business KPIs. As a collaborator with a proven ability to work effectively you'll work with marketing teams, finance and revenue operations to further develop and maintain the reporting infrastructure for a global business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the end-to-end marketing analytics functions including regular business reporting, campaign performance measurement, program/channel optimization insights, lead quality analysis, and funnel conversion KPIs.

Drive the management of executive dashboards and monthly/quarterly/annual marketing KPI reporting. Interpret the data and results and present to the stakeholders to help them drive informed business decisions.

Partner with finance, revenue ops and sales ops to strategize and build relevant KPIs to optimize cost, maximize revenue and improve efficiencies.

Work collaboratively with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate data flow and attributions, actively monitor, analyze, and report on the health of the marketing funnel, including investigating and troubleshooting any issues.

Provide marketing channel owners the segmentation and insights to help develop prospecting strategy and targeting tactics for new business growth and upsell/cross-sell to current customers.

Proactively engage and collaborate with marketing leadership, digital marketing, demand gen, customer marketing and product marketing to communicate progress, take feedback and adjust plans to continue to improve performance and business objectives.

Partner with Marketing & Sales Operations to create efficiencies by implementing industry best practices, best in class automation, and process improvements.

Provide a high value consultative layer on top of analytics deliverables; tell relevant and actionable data stories.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Technical Skills:

Campaign Analysis: Expertise in campaign architecture, performance score cards and diagnostics, behavioral analytics, and make strategic recommendations.

BI and Visualization: Strong in data visualization, reporting, interactive dashboards, and data modeling.

Technology Platforms: Hands on experience in Pardot, SFDC, Zoominfo, Tableau, Excel etc.

Ecosystem: Experience with MarTech ecosystem, digital analytics, content optimization, and personalization.

Database: Competently and independently navigate through disparate data sources to extract, process, transform, analyze, and present the analysis to stakeholders.

AI and Client: Strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning principles including statistical analysis, model creation and application of custom analytical models.

Proficient in SQL queries and related ETL tools

Qualifications:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in advanced campaign analysis and data management within the B2B enterprise technology space.

Bachelor's degree in marketing analytics, data science, or a related field of study

In-depth knowledge of marketing automation ecosystem and various marketing channels used for demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, content marketing, email nurture, etc.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and develop relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.

Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills, digital marketing KPI measurement, and exposure to Salesforce, Tableau or similar BI tools.

Exceptional project management skills, and complex problem-solving ability.

Data-driven, well organized, detail-oriented, and self-starter.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
