Market Analyst

1. Work under the direct supervision of the Manager and report to the Manager on a daily basis.
2. Conduct market research, analyze market trends and client feedback, and provide data analysis.
3. Collect and analyze real estate market data such as demographics, market price data and economic development.
4. Track real estate policy changes, and analyze the impact on the real estate market and the values of certain projects.
5. Assist in execution of all internal and external marketing events including open houses, media events, agent conferences, etc.
6. Update website/social media content and linking to improve website flow and social media performance.
