Staff Management SMX is looking to add a Team Lead on SECOND SHIFT for our client, Toyoda Gosei (TGASK) in Hopkinsville, KY. Starting pay is $20.50. The Manufacturing Team Lead position is a full time opportunity responsible for managing a team of production associates, working on the floor alongside your team, coordinating with client contacts, and assisting with recruiting/training functions as needed.

Duties:
- Accountability
- Problem Solving
- Marking attendance for all current associates
- Maintaining communication with all supervisors regarding SMX team members
- Work closely with HR and day shift team daily to coordinate open positions and new hires
- Maintain a professional relationship with the client
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation as needed

Position Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months leadership experience
- Minimum of 6 months, work history in Production, Office, or Customer Service fields
- Be flexible to train on day shift if applying for the second shift Team Lead position before transitioning to nights
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
