Job Title : Manufacturing/Production Operator - 1st Shift - DOD Secret Location: Scottsdale, AZ Wage Range: 20-25 depending on years of experience, qualifications and shift differential Job Number: 24-00950 Job Description: Our client, a large defense contractor, has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing/Production Operator with an active DOD Secret to work from their Scottsdale, AZ facility. In this hands-on role, the Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of a basic nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Essentially, you'll follow methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units. This position will be on a shifted work week and could include Saturday and Sunday as part of the regular schedule with two days off in the middle of the week. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent is required. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
