Adecco is hiring immediately for this Manufacturing Machine Operator job with Lindt in Stratham, NH. Weekly pay starting at $16.50-$21.00 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). We have openings on 3rd shift. After you apply, you will have a chance to schedule an immediate interview. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED along with experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additionally, they must possess basic computer skills, effective written and oral communication skills, the ability to take direction and execute in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with arms to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds . They will also need t echnical skills as it relates to machinery, and the ability to troubleshoot, along with the ability to demonstrate strong operating knowledge of manufacturing equipment, demonstrated hand/eye coordination, and flexibility to meet rotational shift changes, as required. As a Manufacturing Machine Operator , you will be responsible for the daily set-up and operation of manufacturing machines. In addition, this individual ensures that all safety and quality standards are consistently met within a manufacturing environment.
