This position serves as the Manufacturing Engineering Organizational Integrator, reporting to the Executive Director of Manufacturing Engineering and interfacing and supporting all directorates in Manufacturing Engineering. The Organizational Integrator will serve as the facilitator and/or lead for numerous organization initiatives and projects across Raytheon. As a member of the Manufacturing Engineering leadership team , this position will work closely with Effectors, Sensors, Surveillance and Manufacturing Design and Central Services supports to solicit and organize information and assist with day-to-day operations. This position requires discretion and safeguarding of sensitive personnel, business, and proprietary information. This is a rotational role with typical assignment lasting 18 months. Responsibilities to Anticipate: Solicit and gather information/data from multiple sources and synthesize into concise executive level briefings. Maintain Management Operating System (MOS) and facilitate Ops Review, Staff meetings, Tier IV, All-Hands and sessions related to goal alignment . Act as the CORE focal for the organization and maintain domain artifacts: SIPOC, Maturity Assessment, MFA, Macro Plan, Control Tower, CORE Control Room, etc. Represent the executive director when necessary, conveying their directives and decisions clearly and accurately. Act as liaison between the executive director and other teams, departments, functions, organizations , etc. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents required by the executive director and directors. Prioritize requests and actions based on critical business needs . Lead org wide initiatives, special projects, and strategic assignments as instructed by the executive director. Effectively work multiple projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain Raytheon-wide support networks to facilitate and leverage the broad resources available. Manage and streamline communications for the entire manufacturing engineering organization , ensuring clarity and consistency. Assist across the manufacturing portfolios to ensure collaboration . Basic Qualifications: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience. Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrative capability to operate in an unstructured (minimal guidance) environment . Must show demonstrated experience of taking initiative and exercising sound business judgment. Must be process and detail-oriented , timely and responsive , and have the ability to meet deadlines in a exciting business environment . Ideal candidate will be a creative , original troubleshooter possessing excellent organization , coordination, planning, critical thinking , teaming and problem-solving skills. Clearly demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written. Demonstrated experience applying high situational awareness , patience , diplomatic skills, and the ability to produce under stressful conditions, including demanding customers and schedules. The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
