Manufacturing Engineering Manager
Experience in mentoring and managing 2 5 Mfg Engineers with emphasis on Lean or Continuous Improvement projects in addition will develop them
help get more out of the team and take them to next level.
Designs, integrates, and improves manufacturing systems or related processes. Must possess excellent hands-on mechanical and organizational skills. At least 7 years related work experience, with demonstrated manufacturing experience in the following areas:
manufacturing process optimization, Lean manufacturing practices, Six Sigma initiatives, and Project Management.
Responsibilities:
Drive the technology roadmap for process enhancements, improved yields, quality, and cost productivity.
Leading edge technology used in process and automated production operations.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- BSME with minimum 9 years experience in production operations
- Hands-on electro-mechanical and electronics assembly experience
- Solidworks
- Root cause analysis and CI or lean projects.
- Success record of mentoring, guiding and developing engineers
