What You'll Do:

The Manufacturing Engineering & High Voltage Manager creates and sustains the work instructions and defines and controls high voltage safety instructions for the shop floor activity at the direction of Management.

Job Duties:

  • Implement work instructions and operation guidelines by describing layout, parts, tact time, equipment, self-inspection
  • Create High Voltage Process control
  • Create and sustain process flow and FMEA
  • Create a tightening torque management process
  • Sustain the change management process
  • Coordinate electronic control unit parameterization supporting cyber security
  • Support assembly control systems (MES)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant background strongly preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in manufacturing process methods, Lean Management, 5S Methods
  • Experience with automotive high-voltage handling and safety
  • Experience in quality management processes on the shop floor
  • Ability to understand and adhere to company Policies in all areas.

Compensation:

  • $85,000-$105,000 annual salary, depending on skills and experience
