Requirements- Degree
- manufacturing process optimization experience
- Lean manufacturing practices expertise
- Experience leading Six Sigma initiatives
- Project Management experience
- 5+ years working experience in a manufacturing function
- Hands-on Production experience in Electronics or Electro-mechanical products
- BS degree or equivalent in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Welding, Brazing, and/or Soldering experience a plus
