Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Manufacturing Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, implementing, and refining manufacturing processes and systems for the production of our products.
2. Utilizing lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and enhance efficiency.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and increase operational efficiency.
4. Using AutoCAD to develop detailed designs and layouts.
5. Overseeing project management from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Conducting root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and developing effective corrective actions.
7. Providing technical support and guidance to the production team to ensure the successful execution of manufacturing processes.
8. Maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards within the manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Manufacturing Engineer position will have the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in the automotive sector.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
4. Proven experience in project management.
5. Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
8. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
10. A continuous learner, always seeking to improve processes and outcomes.
