Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer opportunity include:
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of manufacturing experience, building materials background preferred
- Lead certification initiatives to ensure compliance with building codes, including 10% travel to other facilities
- Involved in Research & Development, focusing on product usage for exteriors, attachment methods, and interaction with other materials
- Work on production floor to conduct trials, analyze data, and lead projects to improve efficiency and facility enhancements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating 2D drawings for customers' cutting and drilling needs is a plus
- Experience with ERP or SAP systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
