Performing ECN updates per engineering documents to current work in process.

Working with Product engineering, Programing, Tooling manager / supervisor, Shop floor manager / supervisors to solve complex tooling and manufacturing issues and evaluating and correcting standard routing times verse's actual job times.

Perform manufacturing processes machining, fabrication, cladding, pipe shop (tubular), coating, assembly).

Perform intermediate drawings of the manufacturing process.

Develop devices for manufacturing processes.

Develop rework processes of non-compliant items based on engineering disposition.

Develop recovery process of tools that have already operated in the field.

Monitor the shop floor processes and propose improvement plans for production.

Perform reading and interpretation of drawing to determine manufacturing routing sequences.

Record department activities according to internal procedures.

Support verification/correction of material structures (BOM).

Support the study of manufacturing process times.
13
Support the analysis of process failures using Quality tools.
