Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing / Process Engineer to join our team. This is position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods. They will also play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and high-quality standards. If you are a proactive, solution-oriented professional with a strong understanding of lmanufacturing principles and process improvement, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements.
2. Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process.
3. Create processes and procedures to help the company meet budgetary goals as well as performance quotas.
4. Develop and implement process improvements and technological upgrades.
5. Assure product and process quality by performing root cause analysis, then testing finished products and process capabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or Process Engineering role.
3. Proven experience with process improvement and root cause analysis.
4. Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
