The Manufacturing Engineer at our Claremore, OK plant is responsible for developing, maintaining, and auditing the manufacturing and assembly processes used in production. Your role will enhance our manufacturing operations by developing, specifying, evaluating, and implementing safer, more repeatable, more reliable, and cost-effective fabrication, assembly, and finishing processes and equipment.




MUST HAVE : Five (5) years of experience in truck body or other similar sheet metal fabrication industry is strongly preferred.



  • Optimize Manufacturing Processes


Develop, design, specify, test, and maintain records for production equipment, tooling, gauges, jigs, and fixtures to optimize the manufacturing process. This includes focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency by studying product requirements and applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.



  • Improve Efficiency


Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency. Your analytical skills will contribute to better planning and execution of our operations.



  • Project Management


Lead and manage assembly and manufacturing projects from inception to completion. Your project management skills will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.



  • Design and Analysis


Design and analyze labor and space requirements, product design, and quality requirements to enhance overall manufacturing capabilities.


Qualifications



  • Experience in manufacturing in an industrial environment.



  • Strong understanding of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.



  • Proficiency in analyzing and planning workflows, space requirements, and equipment layouts.



  • Excellent project management skills.



  • Ability to design and maintain production equipment, including tooling, gauges, jigs, and fixtures.
