Job Details:
We are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and experienced Permanent Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact on our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for enhancing our manufacturing systems and processes, utilizing your skills in continuous improvement, process engineering, and injection molding. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. This role requires a deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering principles.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes, ensuring product quality, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
2. Utilize Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
3. Design and implement process improvements, from conceptualization to execution and follow-up.
4. Work with injection molding processes, ensuring optimal performance and output.
5. Use AutoCAD to design and modify manufacturing equipment and systems.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing and production issues.
7. Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues to prevent recurrence.
8. Train and mentor team members on new processes and equipment.
9. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
10. Participate in the development of manufacturing strategies and roadmaps.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
4. Extensive experience with injection molding processes and equipment.
5. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
6. Proven track record in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
