Job DetailsWe are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our manufacturing process, increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and driving overall product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Work within a fast-paced environment analyze the production process, and provide continuous improvement on the production floor
- Responsible for design and hands-on work
- Designing fixtures for drilling, punching, and fabrication
- Take fixturing from production team and further add optimization
- Identify equipment upgrade opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree is required
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
- Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks or other relevant software
- Experience with Lean Sigma principles and methodologies within light manufacturing and fabrication environments
- NPI experience is a plus
