Salary Range: $140, 000 - $150, 000 / year DOE

Manufacturing Controller Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related Master s degree is preferred
10+ years of manufacturing accounting experience
5+ years of experience in the aerospace sector
Demonstrated leadership in financial control capacity, with strong supervisory and management skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups, with strong analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and team management skills, capable of fostering strong internal relationships to achieve financial and operational goals
Familiarity with Epicor ERP is preferred

Manufacturing Controller Responsibilities:

Lead month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries, reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring accurate financial reporting
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accurate billing and timely collection/payments
Perform cost analysis to provide insights into cost control and reduction opportunities, particularly in manufacturing and aerospace projects
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and forecasts, maintaining compliance with accounting standards
Work closely with the operations team and purchasing department to align financial strategies with operational goals while addressing any discrepancies between accounting and operational perspectives
Collaborate with the General Manager and other leaders to foster cooperation
Supervise weekly payroll processing for accurate and timely payments, reviewing payroll controls and adjustments for compliance
Oversee the AP/AR team members, offering mentorship and guidance to help them achieve departmental goals and maintain a collaborative environment
Assist with annual budget development and strategic financial planning, supporting leadership in identifying new growth opportunities
Ensure communication across teams to achieve financial targets
