The Northrop Grumman Rolling Meadows facility is looking for a highly motivated Manufacturing Business Analyst to join our team. Roles and Responsibilities: Reporting to the Manager of Operations Program Engineering, the incumbent will assist the OBM team with monthly financial and budgetary planning. Specific duties include: Assist in the generation of proposals, including basis of estimates, resource codes, estimate rational, bid codes overhead, and labor rates. Involvement with proposal kickoffs, BOE development, and pricing in conjunction with the OPM. Work with the Proposal Core Team members to ensure adequate and compliant proposal submissions to customer requirements. Assist in the development of WSA's/WADRs, Comp EACs, and single point adjustments with the OPMs and Program Finance. Candidate should have working knowledge of Earned Value and Earned Value concepts. Ensure timely and accurate monthly/weekly program earned value (EV) metrics. This planning position will interface with the OPM's and OBM's to provide comprehensive financial analysis to identify and assist in mitigating program risks. Provide Weekly/Monthly Data and Analysis regarding Support to Tough Labor trending. Manufacturing Analyst Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business-related field and 3+ years of related business or manufacturing experience, Master's business-related field and 1+ years of related business or manufacturing experience. Demonstrated experience in working on teams or projects. Knowledge or experience with SAP or other ERP systems Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivots and Word) US citizen and ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of management Principal Manufacturing Analyst Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business-related field and 6+ years of related business or manufacturing experience, Master's business-related field and 4+ years of related business or manufacturing experience. Demonstrated experience in working on teams or projects. Knowledge or experience with SAP or other ERP systems Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivots and Word) US citizen and ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with all levels of management Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a financial/planning environment, scheduling, and planning, strong analytical skills. General knowledge of Manufacturing Processes Analytical thinking, detailed planning, and presentation skills Attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Knowledge/Experience with SAP MANUMS Salary Range: $68,800 - $103,200 Salary Range 2: $84,600 - $127,000 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
