Position Description:
The Manufacturer Administrative Assistant supports the Label Coordinator and Production Manager with administrative and clerical tasks.
Position Duties:
Provide administrative to support to two department managers in a manufacturing environment
Enter and maintain information into production software
Process and complete forms accurately and timely
Maintain and track inventory product
Create and maintain Microsoft Word and Excel Documents
Work cohesively and consult with departments within the organization as well as customers and vendors as needed

Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing enviroment
Must be a Team Player with Good Work Ethics
Must be able to lift 70 lbs
Proven Work History
Excellent Attention to Details
Working Knowledge of PC & Windows
Ability to Prioritize and Multi-task with Efficiency
Creative Problem Solving Skills
Experience Working in a Fast Paced Environment with Little Supervision
Ability to Work Under Pressure
Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, background and credit check.
