Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering products on time and meeting quality expectations. Budget and Schedule Management: Managing budgets, schedules, and inventory Project Launches: Serving as the point of contact for new project launches, contract terms, and quality processes. Employee Development: Incorporating lean Six Sigma and operational excellence training to improve employee development and establish standard operating Business Development: Able and willing to visit with the customer, travel on site, build relationships and expand business. Certification: Be familiar with AS9100. Skills and Traits: Build to Print: Familiar with build to print, drawings. Quoting: Proficient in pulling from BOMs and quoting. Continuous Improvement: Executing and coordinating training programs related to Lean philosophy, continuous improvement tools, and change management. Project Management: Utilizing principles of project management to manage projects Process Improvement: Collaborating with contract manufacturers to identify value engineering and process improvement opportunities. Logistics: Setting up logistics processes and managing fulfillment centers.
