Manager Strategic Finance

Job Description

What you get to do in this role: Help provide executives with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks and opportunities

Improve existing financial reporting - standardize reporting and make recommendations to management

Support systems/tools implementation, drive system enhancements, and identify opportunities to optimize performance

Partner with Business FP&A teams in the U.S., along with Accounting, Tax, Finance Systems, and other parts of the organization

Develop collaborative relationships with partners, including business planning, strategy process improvement while supporting business review content

Help build a team of financial analysts. Mentor team members for success in their career progression

Help develop annual expense budgets and monthly forecasting process; including presentation to Sr Leadership on headcount tracking, analysis of results, and identification of plans to improve expense leverage
