Job Description What will I be doing?
As a Sales Manager TO Diamond Dinners, you will be driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • Manages, trains and develops all new hires. Develops/coaches individual Sales Executives, in an on-going process, to ensure SE's commitment and understanding of the sales process to generate maximum sales and profit.
  • Responsible for releasing all new hires to the floor once they have passed testing and the last ride review is approved by said manager and team.
  • Develop, create and update schedules for workshops, new hire classes, exams, manuals and other various training materials. Ensure Hilton changes are being implemented consistently
  • Responsible for follow up coaching after initial training for 30-60 days, by counseling, communicating job expectations and enforcing new hire policies and procedures.
  • Work hand in hand with Senior Director and Director of Sales to create an effective curriculum. Assist in developing creative tools for selling HGVClub and The Hilton Club points.
  • Prepare and complete action plans/goals and enforce customer-service standards. Responsible for resolving representative problems within the first 30-60 days.
  • Responsible for doing ride a long's and ride reports, and providing feedback to Sales Executives and DOS
  • Hold trainings with the new hires and TO's to help TO's better understand their new rep's strengths as well as weaknesses.
  • Hold a 30-60 day trench training for all new hires, dissecting the process and taking an in-depth look at the psychology behind the sale.
  • Create new hire evaluations to get feedback on training and TO's to constantly improve the process and hold each department accountable for their actions or lack thereof.

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years HGV sales experience.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule.
  • Professional and Positive appearance and attitude.
  • Master a thorough understanding of HGV's different departments for proper customer assistance.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous sales management or sales training experience
  • HGV Certified Trainer
