Manager, Order Management Summary: CRG is partnered with a global technology company within the additive manufacturing industry in the search for a Manager, Order Management to join their team. Opportunity: Direct Hire
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Schedule: Hybrid Mondays and Fridays REMOTE
Compensation: $95,000 - $100,000 + company performance bonus
Responsibilities: - Recruits, hires, and manages team of order processing administrators to meet workload demands for order entry.
- Trains and coaches employees to ensure the work product is error free, consistent, timely, and compliant.
- Ensures employees receive timely and regular feedback on performance, as well as delivering written formal evaluations and development feedback consistent with company timetables.
- Holds regular 1:1s with employees to discuss performance against objectives and write performance reviews annually.
- Provides advice, coaching, and training to other order entry professionals on correct procedures, ordering system, and configurations.
- Produces metrics and reports to track productivity, quality, and responsiveness using data and other tools to drive process improvement.
- Works with partner organizations in sales, manufacturing, accounting, legal, and services to ensure communication, processes, and handoffs are simple, clear, and effective in support of order management fulfillment.
- Ensures that updates to Salesforce, Oracle, and other systems are done to allow internal and external partners to track, manage, and assess customer orders as needed.
- Supports accounting, legal, and internal audit team as needed on audit-related projects.
- Serves as subject-matter expert as needed on transformation projects and initiatives to drive consistency and best practice management in the function.
- Works with the Global Order Management Business Process Manager to create and update documentation.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of management experience of non-exempt and exempt professionals.
- Ability to manage a team in a high-paced environment under regular periods of pressure and strict deadlines.
- Order processing experience within a product or software environment.
- Experience with ERP platforms, Oracle is highly preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse management and sales teams.
- Experience with additive manufacturing products order management, a plus.
- Experience with SOX and ASC606 requirements, a plus
