Our Fortune 100 client is looking for a Manager of Patient Experience Analytics and BI Reports
Location: 100% REMOTE with travel every 8 weeks or so to Atlanta, GA
Duration: direct hire + benefits

JOB SUMMARY: The Manager of Experience Analytics and BI Reports works within the Consumer Insights and Patient Analytics team (CIPA) to deliver reporting and dashboard solutions that meet the organization's needs. Familiarity with Patient Experience data (NRC, Press Ganey, Qualtrics, Alida, etc.) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
•  Perform analysis, design, development, validation, and implementation of BI reports. Ability to analyze data issues within reports.
•  Design and build lists, crosstabs, graphs, scorecards, metrics, filters, prompts, standard reports, and dashboards.
•  Follow and enhance BI standards and best practices across the team. Collaborate and mentor team members on methodology, design, and architecture.
•  Ensure optimal end-user performance by establishing and consistently executing overall system performance assessment processes and associated action plans.
•  Operates with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Ability to work on multiple projects at once. Proven capacity to provide estimates to support timelines and deliverables.
•  Provide consultation on complex projects and act as a top-level contributor.
•  Ability to solve real-world business problems by designing and building queries and applying data mining algorithms, writing queries, and designing reports using various toolsets.
Required Minimum Education :
BS or BA Degree required-graduate degree in health informatics, marketing, data management, business operations, or healthcare a plus.
Required Minimum Experience:
•  6+ years' experience managing/analyzing data/metrics.
•  4+ years' experience with reports and dashboard development using scalable tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Click, etc.)
•  3+ years of healthcare, patient experience, or application management is strongly preferred.
•  Hands-on experience with data management tools such as NRC, Press Ganey, Alida, Qualtrics, etc.
•  Ability to leverage critical thinking in all work product design and delivery aspects.
•  Practical knowledge of project management concepts and methodology.
•  4-7 years of information technology experience strongly focused on consumer and patient experience, data warehousing, and enterprise reporting solutions. Required Minimum Skills:
•  3+ years of experience working with data warehouses is preferred (Snowflake, Caboodle, etc.).
•  Strong SQL skills and experience with performance tuning are required.
•  2-3 years of BI development, testing, and change management.
•  Experience with requirements gathering and the ability to plan and design scalable BI solutions.
•  Strong analytical and SQL skills, SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS.
•  Expertise in working with relational and multidimensional database schemas and writing queries.
•  Hands-on experience with technical support.
