We are looking for a Mine Execution Manager based in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role is fundamental to our organization and leadership team, responsible for connecting people and processes both horizontally and vertically across the organization. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a large operational team in the safe and stable delivery of our business goals. The successful candidate will proactively manage the balance of production and cost expectations, near-term and growth opportunities while ensuring that our values (safety, integrity, teamwork, respect, and excellence) are at the forefront. Reporting to the General Manager-Minerals, you will be: Leading a large scale, open pit mining operational team towards zero harm Drive an inclusive work culture that values engagement and diversity Support development of business skills and leadership behaviors with peers and direct reports Contributing to the development of and delivering operational plan objectives Manage an operational budget of +$350 million Partnering with business functions to deliver shared metrics Collaborating with global and regional mining and processing teams and other internal service providers to deliver on improvement needs of the business What you'll bring A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team years of operational and technical surface mining experience. +5 years direct mining operational leadership Demonstrated ability to develop and implement world-class safety and production management systems for development, construction and production operations.
