Essential Functions:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and product merchandising, planning, to deliver successful projects and digital products that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Develop and execute the technical product strategy and roadmap for the Vici Collection website, aligned with business goals and customer needs.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape for site function and process improvement. Define technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria for development teams and project prioritization

Manage ongoing day-to-day operations of the corporate website for functionality changes, new features, application integrations, break-fix resolutions, and ongoing software development and Quality Assurance.

Track and analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous product iteration.

Competencies:

A proven track record of launching successful software products in adherence to a corporate technical roadmap

Strong understanding of end-to-end management of new product creation and flow of data across enterprise applications

Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making

Demonstrated success in launching and managing successful technical products from ideation to launch

Experience working in fast-paced environments where multiple projects are running in parallel with potential changes in priority and directions based on business priority changes or broader market trends

Experience managing personnel, providing day to day feedback and direction

Education and Experience:

5+ years of experience in technical product management, preferably in the fast fashion direct-to-consumer business or other relevant high-volume direct-to-consumer web commerce business

3 to 5 years hands on experience managing Shopify Plus a must

1 to 3 years managing website search (Search Spring), and personalization services (Dynamic Yield), a very nice to have.

Experience with Google Search and Merchant consoles and product catalog feed services

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position.

$120,000 - $130,000 a year
