Our rapidly expanding agency is seeking THREE talented, driven, and energetic individuals for our Manager-in-Training Program and SIX Benefit Specialists to assist Benefit Managers. All candidates must possess a strong work ethic and be self-motivated and disciplined. First-year managers earn approx. $75,000, and Senior Managers earn $100,000 plus. Benefit Specialists earn approx. $45,000-$60,000 and top performers earn over $80,000.

What you will do:- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Enroll clients within our niche market into exclusive benefit programs utilizing proprietary software
- Meet with clients
- Learn and maintain industry product knowledge and standards
- Learn to read and analyze financial documents
- Potentially train and mentor others
How You Qualify:- Experience working in a fast-paced or customer service environment
- BA/BS/Associate's degree preferred but not required
- Entrepreneurial drive and creative thinking
- Can-do attitude and work ethic that gets the job done
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
