Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious Manager in Training to join our Manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of professionals in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of our manufacturing operations, and will be groomed for a future leadership role within the organization. This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelors Degree. Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Manager in Training, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Undergoing comprehensive training in various departments within the manufacturing industry to gain a deep understanding of the company's operations.
2. Assisting in the management of daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
3. Collaborating with the management team to develop, implement, and monitor strategies for operational improvement.
4. Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control measures.
5. Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
6. Ensuring compliance with all safety and work rules and regulations.
7. Assisting in the management of staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and addressing any issues or concerns.
8. Participating in various leadership development programs and workshops.
9. Regularly reporting to senior management on progress and any issues encountered.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Manager in Training position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
2. A Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university, preferably in a field related to manufacturing or business management.
3. Proven leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams and projects.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
7. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
8. Willingness to continue learning and developing new skills.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
