Manager Contracts with Security Clearance

Job Title: Manager, Contracts Job Code: 11859 Job Location: Nashville, TN Schedule: 9/80 Job Requirements: This position in the Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance Systems (ISR) Sector of the (IMS) Integrated Mission Systems Segment is responsible for the Contracts team that supports a diverse business area, with Customers from various USG Departments and Agencies, as well as large and small business Prime Contractors. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Leadership skills and a team player who is a problem solver and self-starter.
Excellent presentation skills, strong analytical abilities and self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance from the U.S. Government.
Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of regulations including Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), FAR supplements (e.g. DFARS) and other agency regulations.
The qualified individual must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers. Experience in providing business, contractual and risk mitigation strategies to support the needs of the program.
Experience in all aspects of the contract life cycle including, contracts administration, proposal preparation and close-out.
Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationship, provide RFP shaping/analysis and have participated in proposal development and bid strategy. Familiarity with International Agreements and Terms and Conditions. Responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees.
Ability to handle multiple assignments and achieve program goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
