Job Details

Manager, Acute Care Case Management & Social Services:

The Manager of Case Management & Social Services will oversee the day to day operations of the department, ensure quality, productivity, maintain staffing & budgets, and ensure compliance with all regulatory boards.

Qualifications:
  • Qualified candidates will have 5+ years ACUTE CARE Case Management, Social Services or Utilization Management
  • Prefer 2 or more years progressive Management experience
  • Candidates must have Inpatient / Acute Care experience
  • RN with BSN Degree or Master's in Social Work or related field required
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) required
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
