What will your day look like? As a Manager, Endur Solution Architect, you will:
- Collaborate closely with both Business and IT stakeholders to translate client s business needs into actionable requirements, driving implementation across ETRM products and custom systems.
- Assume a dual role of functional and technical leadership, spearheading ETRM software deployments with a primary focus on Endur.
- Lead the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to solution architecture, ensuring seamless integration with Endur and related systems.
- Conduct comprehensive technology assessments, project estimations, and strategic planning to optimize outcomes.
- Leverage modern engineering methodologies including Cloud services, DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks to deliver robust technology solutions.
- Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Endur, fostering team growth and facilitating knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Provide clear leadership and technical guidance to a multidisciplinary project team of over 10 members, ensuring alignment with project objectives and milestones.
You will be a good fit as a Manager, Endur Solution Architect if you:
- Over a decade of hands-on involvement in Endur projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities and nuances.
- Demonstrate a robust grasp of the trade lifecycle across diverse asset classes including crude, refined products, natural gas, NGLs, and power, fostering a holistic business perspective.
- Exhibit proficiency in both physical and financial instruments, encompassing a wide array of transactions such as purchase, sale, logistics, blending, and various derivatives like futures, swaps, and options.
- Have a proven track record in developing tailored Endur solutions including custom business rules, reports, contract templates, and system processes, showcasing a nuanced understanding of the product's data model.
- Have extensive experience in seamlessly integrating Endur with a spectrum of enterprise systems such as e-confirm platforms, major exchanges like ICE/CME, ERP solutions like SAP and Oracle, as well as specialized software for shipping and logistics such as Veson.
- Experience in orchestrating program deliveries through the Scaled Agile framework (SAFe), showcasing adaptability to modern project management methodologies (preferred).
