Clarity on the Role:
Wellvana is looking for a Manager, FP&A who will help manage the organizations financial planning and reporting processes, and function as a strategic partner to help the company grow and achieve operational excellence.
What's Expected:
- Develop, and prepare meaningful, timely, and accurate analysis of critical financial information and metrics for use in management's evaluation of results and determination of strategic and business objectives and alternatives
- Implement new processes and tools to support the successful completion of timely and accurate forecasts, financial planning consolidations, and tracking of key investments and performance metrics
- Prepare presentations in support of board and shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership team meetings, and various company strategic initiatives and support the strategic business planning process
- Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including management reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Proactively anticipate risks to achieve committed corporate and business goals and identify opportunities to improve performance and financial results
- Work collaboratively with other functional leadership in promoting a positive team culture
- Lead strategic projects and support senior leadership on ad hoc research and analysis
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other related degree
- 4+ years' experience in FP&A or 2+ years in Investment Banking or Management Consulting
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a high-growth and fast-paced environment preferred
- Experience working with Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tool preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
- Demonstrate organizational skills
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate analytical skills when problem-solving
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
