JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Event Technology, dedicated to orchestrating the entire attendee journey through innovative live event technologies, including but not limited to event registration, analytics, and onsite experiences. Leveraging key platforms in event marketing technology for seamless integration. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing projects from conception through the software development life cycle, with opportunities to present to key executives and potentially travel to premium global event locations.

Collaborate with stakeholders to outline feature requirements and ensure streamlined event technology processes.

Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop aspects of our Event Management System and execute onsite event plans.

Oversee project management across all phases of the software development life cycle specifically tailored to event technology needs.

Maintain and integrate new technologies into the existing MarTech stack, ensuring a cohesive user experience.

Potential for domestic and international travel to oversee the technology execution at global events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Strong experience with event registration technology and understanding of various integration methods.

Proficiency in Marketo, Tableau, Power BI, and familiarity with SaaS events tools (RainFocus, Cvent, or Swoogo).

Comfortable working with APIs and with web markup, including HTML and CSS.

Excellent capability to manage complex, agile projects with multiple timelines, complemented by strong architectural knowledge of event technology components.
