Manager Business Projects & Productivity

Responsibilities: Lead project management for select high-value business projects aimed at driving growth, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing customer experience. Support new product development initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful product launches. Own productivity project work in process, identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing process enhancements, and driving operational excellence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. Utilize project management principles, tools, and best practices to plan, execute, and monitor project activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and milestones to ensure successful project completion. Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to senior management and key stakeholders, providing regular status reports and recommendations for action. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Provide guidance and support to project team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and teamwork. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and best practices in project management and new product development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with preferably Six Sigma certification. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
