Nouria Energy Corporation is a multi-generational family-owned wholesale fuel distributor, convenience store operator and car wash operator in New England. Our wholesale and retail fuel businesses are multi-branded, which includes Shell, Mobil, Irving, Sunoco, Gulf, Valero, Citgo, Phillips 66, Exxon, and multiple unbranded brands. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSKey Responsibilities:- Oversees and manages all aspects of building/fueling branding.
- Work with executive staff to determine branding list.
- Work with all trades/department to develop branding/site scope of work.
- Work with architect to develop plan sets.
- Negotiate and source of all material for branding jobs.
- Obtain several bids for any work done by outside providers, get the best possible pricing for Nouria
- Control spending and manage budgets for all aspects of branding.
- Put schedule together for every project.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of branding with all trades and internal Nouria departments.
- Ensure workmanship/quality throughout project process with completion sign off
- Responsible for communication to all stakeholders
- Build an in-house branding department to consist of carpentry/painting/etc.
- Responsible for any new buildings from frame up to completion quality assurance weekly visits. Follow-up to ensure deficiencies were addressed and resolved.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements:• 5 Year previous experience supervising construction projects with great leadership skills.
• Must maintain contractor supervisor license
• Solid organization, management, and planning skills.
• Ability to work 40+ hours a week occasional weekends and after-hours schedules.
• Valid driver's license & good driving record
• Good oral and written communication skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma required.
- 5+ years in construction trades or facility management position
