Position Overview:

The SCIL Leadership Program provides a unique opportunity for high potential recent 4 years and advanced degree graduates interested in a career within the supply chain. The 12-month program is designed to provide you with meaningful experiences in warehouse management, customer service, and inventory. You also gain an introduction to business process integration, supply chain solutions, continual improvement, engineering, and lean methodology. The knowledge you acquire is necessary to think creatively about customer solutions so that you can directly contribute to our vision of being the global Supply Chain Management Innovator.

Throughout the program, you will build key leadership skills and professional relationships by meeting and working with the people involved in daily operations and decision-making. You will also take part in a mentoring relationship with upper-level management as well as with a peer mentor.

We have been developing exceptional talent through our Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) program for over 20 years. Each year, a group of Supply Chain Management graduates is selected to participate in the program. Opportunities are available nationwide (starting summer 2024).

This position is located at our Perris, CA facility, and is expected start date is June 2024.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Recent Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business or related discipline (Graduates of 8/2023-May 2024)
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills
• A drive to pursue excellence and accomplish goals
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changing demands
• Relevant intern/work experience (at least 1 internship in a related field)
• Engage in daily pre-shift meetings with employees
• Willingness to relocate/travel
• Additional duties as assigned
