LPN needed for Home Health in O Fallon, Illinois.
Start: ASAP 2 weeks from offer
Shift: Days, 4x10
13 weeks / 40 hours per week
40 hrs/wk= $3120/week= $78/hr
Requirements:
- Current ARRT RT (R) credential required.
- Current unencumbered Oregon license in Radiologic Technology required.
- Current ARRT Post Primary Certification in Mammography preferred.
- Healthcare Provider AHA BLS required.
- Performance of a minimum of 200 documented mammograms in the last calendar year preferred.
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
