Maintenance Worker

Evening Shift Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of facility. Make repairs requiring skills such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical. Responsible for preventative maintenance of cooling/heating and domestic hot water systems. Ensure that the periodic maintenance and inspection of elevators, sprinkler systems, fire alarm system and fire extinguishers is performed and documented. NO HS or GED required but candidates should have approximately 3 years exp.
