Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of production equipment and machinery.
2. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
3. Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues with speed and precision.
5. Collaborate with the production team to understand and eliminate recurring machine faults.
6. Assist in the installation and set-up of new machinery and equipment.
7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
8. Document all actions by completing production and quality logs.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and practices.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proven experience with troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and machine maintenance.
3. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex machinery.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
8. Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment.
9. Availability to work in shifts, during weekends, or overtime if necessary.
10. High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage.
