Job Opportunity: CNC Maintenance Technician Company Overview: Join our innovative team at a leading manufacturing company specializing in precision gun parts production for government contracts. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced CNC Maintenance Technicians to support our operations and ensure the continued success of our production processes.
Position: CNC Maintenance Technician Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance, setup, programming, and troubleshooting.
Shifts Available: - 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Compensation: - New Hires: Starting at $25/hour
- Experienced Technicians: $30 - $35/hour
- Shift Differentials: +$1 for 2nd shift, +$1.50 for 3rd shift
Responsibilities: - Perform setup, programming, and maintenance of CNC machines, including Hydromats, Okuma, Haas, and Mazak.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on CNC machines.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure machine efficiency and longevity.
- Work weekends as required to support production schedules.
- Report to the Maintenance Manager and Supervisor.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) operation.
- Experience with a variety of CNC machines, including Hydromats, Okuma, Haas, and Mazak.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
