2nd shift-3pm-11:30pm and 3rd shift 11pm-7am.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with PLC, hydraulic or pneumatic systems, maintenance technician, maintenance mechanic, conveyors, and 3 phase 480V. As a Permanent Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring that all machinery runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with other members of the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery, including troubleshooting and repairs
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and machinery to ensure they remain in good working condition
• Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs
• Install new equipment and machinery as needed
• Perform electrical work, including wiring and installation of electrical components
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems
• Work with conveyors and other material handling equipment
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a maintenance technician or mechanic
• Experience working with PLC systems
• Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience working with conveyors and other material handling equipment
• Experience working with 3 phase 480V
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
