Spherion is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd Shift.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance Technician will oversee the performance and maintenance of large production machinery.
Responsible for performing mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems with equipment used in the manufacturing process.
Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment.
Uses tests and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
Normally receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments.
This position will deal with a high level of stress as they troubleshoot and repair the equipment under specific time constraints.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3 years experience in Maintenance in a production environment (food manufacturing preferred)
3 years experience with industrial electrical
