We are looking for a talented Property Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team immediately in Bryan, TX.

Duties/Responsibilities:Community Maintenance & Repair
- Basic Prep of home sites for new move ins.
- Basic maintenance of park water and sewer lines.
- Maintain common area landscape, clean up, weed control, and general maintenance.
- Assist with Maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
- Repair and replace plumbing fixtures.
- Operate equipment such as power saws, drills, paint sprayers, sewer augers, and various hand tools required for carpentry, plumbing and maintenance work.
- Monitor all vendor projects to ensure work quality and safety.
- Performing various capital improvement projects throughout the property.
- Communicate with the on-site manager to repair rental unit maintenance requests.
Minimum Qualifications:- 1+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician providing oversight to apartment, RV, or mobile home communities.
- Pass a background check.
- Ability to follow written and oral instruction.
- Valid driver's license and have your own transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more
- Ability to use online task management software.
