Job Details

1. Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
2. Troubleshooting and diagnosing any mechanical or system failures promptly and efficiently.
3. Repairing and maintaining hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
4. Utilizing PLC to control and monitor mechanical systems and processes.
5. Welding components as needed and using power tools for equipment repair and maintenance.
6. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
7. Keeping detailed records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.
8. Collaborating with other team members to improve maintenance procedures and enhance efficiency.
9. Responding promptly to emergency breakdowns and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the engineering industry or a similar role.
2. Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
3. Solid experience in troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
4. Knowledge and experience in PLC.
5. Welding skills and the ability to use power tools safely and efficiently.
6. A strong understanding of preventive maintenance procedures.
7. Excellent mechanical skills and proficiency in using hand tools.
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. A commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
12. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
