Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Performing regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.
2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC systems.
3. Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
4. Using a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.
5. Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.
6. Assisting in the development of maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.
7. Monitoring inventory of materials and equipment.
8. Participating in continuous improvement activities and suggesting cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
2. Proven experience working with pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC.
3. Strong knowledge of industrial systems, manufacturing processes, and maintenance procedures.
4. Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
6. Willingness to follow all established safety procedures and protocols.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or relevant field will be a plus.
