Job Summary:

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our building and equipment maintenance programs. From preventive maintenance to hands-on repair work, you'll ensure our facility operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Lead a dedicated team in scheduling, supervising, and performing maintenance tasks for our building, grounds, and equipment.

Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair a variety of equipment issues, spanning from structural and mechanical to electrical and beyond.

Maintain an organized spare parts inventory and oversee the ordering process for necessary equipment parts and supplies.

Prioritize maintenance workflow and assign projects to your team members accordingly.

Develop and maintain comprehensive Preventative Maintenance programs to uphold the longevity of our equipment.

Provide guidance and mentorship to maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.

Collaborate with other departments to identify and address challenges, ultimately enhancing plant productivity.

Monitor critical systems such as boiler pressure, water quality, and air flow, ensuring optimal performance at all times.

Champion safety initiatives and regulatory compliance efforts to safeguard our facility and personnel.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry advancements to drive continuous improvement.

Assist the Maintenance Manager in implementing equipment and process changes as needed.

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

5-10 years of industrial maintenance experience, with a strong background in food manufacturing.

2-3 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively coordinate maintenance operations.

Advanced knowledge of computer software applications for efficient workflow management.
