Maintenance Supervisor

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Beloit, WI. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

$40-$42/HR to start.

12-month assignment (temp to hire)

Main responsibilities include:

Oversee maintenance of Lab and Pilot Plant R&D Equipment, working alongside R&D to make sure their industrial pilot scale food manufacturing equipment stays in working order.

Complete general maintenance work orders, perform PM and troubleshooting of equipment, and perform small carpentry and plumbing repairs.

Oversee small capital construction projects.

Shift: 8am-5pm M-F (some overtime required).

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED required (Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Steam Fitting, Sprinkler Fitting, or HVAC Certification is strongly preferred).

10+ years of experience in trades/maintenance with 8+ years of foreman/supervisory experience is required.

Industrial maintenance experience, specifically in food manufacturing, is strongly preferred.

Maintenance skills that also include Steam, Compressed Air, and Hydraulics is a plus.
