Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:
Set the pace Establish work plans that support and improve equipment reliability
Drive Change Incorporating a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous improvement
Strategize to win Directing, training and developing maintenance team members for assigned area/shift
Drive efficiency Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues
Impact results Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN MEFG principles
Take a new angle Identifying, implementing and documenting maintenance and reliability best practices

Skills:
SAP, Either Mechanical or Electrical knowledge

Experience:
Previous maintenance supervisor experience, Proficiency in Microsoft office suites,

Education:
High school diploma or GED at minimum with 10 years experience or Bachelor degree in engineering/technical related field plus 5 years experience
