Maintenance Specialist

Currently have an opening for a Maintenance Specialist. Must be open to working rotating and alternative days 12 hour shift schedule including weekends. Availability for Night Shift would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, monthly preventative maintenance

Interpret and understand complex electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications.

Diagnose and resolve issues with Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs) to maintain automated systems.

Work with live and low/high voltage electrical systems in accordance with OSHA and NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards.

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on various equipment and machinery.

Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

Maintain organized records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.

Work closely with engineers and production teams to provide technical support and recommendations for equipment improvements.

Qualifications

Technical Degree or 4 to 5 years of related maintenance experience

Strong proficiency in interpreting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drawings and specifications.

Proven experience in troubleshooting PLC systems.

Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA 70 standards for electrical safety.

Hands-on experience with live and low/high voltage electrical systems.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
