Summary of Job Duties:
This position requires the ability to complete all phases of painting, drywall finishing, on metal and or sheet-rock surfaces. Performs tasks to include but not limited to prepping, mixing, and preparing paint materials, applying paint or stain to various surfaces using industry best practices, operating spray equipment, patching and repairing walls/ceilings with the appropriate materials, sheet rock finishing, maintaining tools and equipment; erect and use of scaffolding and ladders. Perform minor carpentry, roof maintenance, flooring, plumbing, HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, and Preventative Maintenance tasks. Demolition to includes but not limited to removal of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and other structures or other construction related material as required. Complete documentation essential for the Engineering & Operations work order system.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years of maintenance experience.
  • Valid Driver's license with fewer than 12 points on their Motor Vehicle Record
  • Basic Computer/Tablet/Phone skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Painter experience and/or experience in a healthcare or other regulated environment
  • Intermediate Computer/Tablet/Phone skills
